Registration Fee includes:
- Access to the Scientific Sessions & Exhibition Area
- Presence Certificate
- Coffee-breaks & Lunches (exclusively for registered participants)
Cancellation Policy:
- Registrations can be cancelled and reimbursed up to and including the 23rd April* for a 75,00€ handling fee.
- From the 24th April*, participants will not be reimbursed for cancelling registration.
- *Exception: If the participant is prohibited from travelling by travel restrictions, we will be reimburse the difference between the fee minus the 75,00€ handling fee. The participant will be asked to send an official document by email stating his/her impossibility to travel.
Name changes:
- Any name changes will be allowed until 23rd April. Requests should be sent in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Name changes are subject to an administration fee of 50,00€.
